Number 1

After some pressure from a friend, I have decided to try out this handy way of sharing what is going on in my little corner of the world!  This may not be a great idea, I don't for a minute think that I have a whole lot worthy of writing about, and to make other people read about it might not be very fair.  But anyhow, I'll give it a try, and hope that I am better at keeping it updated than I am about getting other things done.  For instance, right now, I should be mopping my floor, or doing laundry, but on my way to the laundry room I got sidetracked by the computer...
